Establishment of Power Generation Alliance
BRISBANE, 19 May 2010.

Activated Logic today announced the establishment of a leading alliance to pursue renewable energy project development opportunities in Australia, particularly in the geothermal sector.

The alliance known as the Australian Sustainable Power Generation Alliance (ASPGA) consists of a consortium of leading parties including an ASX-listed Australian power cycle technology company, a major infrastructure sector contractor experienced in power generation and a number of additional international partners.

The ASPGA has recently evaluated a number of project development opportunities as well as participating in a recent competitive bidding process to construct a geothermal power plant in Australia. As details of these confidential projects emerge, Activated Logic expects to be in a position to disclose the identity of the parties of the alliance and successful projects and outline Activated Logic’s role in establishing the ASPGA and securing project interest.
